Disruptive or Leaders?

Been thinking about turning the session for Engage next week from one where we are considered Disruptive [the sessions is called Disruptive Innovation] and therefore difficult, into one where we are seen as positive. Just been talking to our chair Lisa Edgars in a bit of pre-sessions warm up and she was asking about being disruptive. I said the definition means to prevent something from continuing or operating in a normal way. Its basically therefore the asking of difficult questions and thinking and doing differently. Yes she said, but often those working in Education have to influence up into management and then of course influence out into the audience/participants. I said that sounds like leadership. And so theres the thing.....
